Petr's journey in quantitative finance began as an undergraduate at Suffolk University, where he championed the investing club and discovered his passion for systematic trading. After a brief detour toward law school, he pivoted to the investment world, joining an RIA as an investment analyst covering large-cap equities and macro strategies.

His talent for quantitative analysis caught the attention of Victor Niederhoffer, the legendary trader and former partner of George Soros. For half a decade, Petr traded quantitative global macro strategies daily under Niederhoffer's mentorship, honing his skills in systematic approach to markets and risk management.

Following his time with Niederhoffer, Petr gained additional experience at MBF Trading, the proprietary trading firm founded by renowned pit trader Mark Fisher. This exposure to institutional-grade execution and market microstructure further refined his trading methodology.

Drawing on these diverse experiences, Petr founded Anthem Capital Management alongside partners from Invariant Investment Management, the original RIA that had hired him straight out of his law school pivot. Together, they built a quantitative global macro fund that combines rigorous systematic research with disciplined execution, bringing institutional-quality strategies to discerning investors.

Steven brings extensive experience in wealth management and financial advisory to his role as Chief of Staff and Fund Operations at Anthem Capital Management. His career in the financial services industry has been marked by a commitment to client service excellence and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Anthem, Steven served as an advisor at two of the industry's most prestigious firms—Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. In these roles, he developed deep expertise in portfolio management, client relationship management, and the operational complexities of running a successful advisory practice.

At Anthem Capital Management, Steven oversees the firm's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless fund administration, investor relations, and operational infrastructure. His understanding of both the client-facing and operational aspects of asset management makes him instrumental in scaling the firm's capabilities while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Steven's combination of industry experience and ongoing advanced education positions him to bridge the gap between quantitative strategy execution and operational excellence, ensuring that Anthem's innovative approach to global macro investing is supported by world-class infrastructure.
